Angelika Engberg became acquainted with Sally Swift in 1987 and was subsequently came into contact with the principles of riding from the centre of the body for the first time.

Over the years, she has completed numerous qualifications and has achieved the highest level of Centred Riding in 2008: Level 4. There are currently only 18 centred riding leaders worldwide – and, in Germany, Angelika Engberg is the only one. In addition, she is also the instructor of Linda Tellington Jones Ttouch.

Not only does she use her knowledge to train horses and riders in her classes, she also trains centred riding instructors.
